Pklakh's Terms & Conditions

By using the pklakh.ws website and all its associated services (collectively referred to as "pklakh" or the "Platform"), you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between pklakh and the member.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any dispute, the original English version of the document shall prevail.

A valid account is required to access pklakh's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Account Registration Rules

• Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.
• The name, address, phone number, and email provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring account credentials to any other person is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspected unauthorized use of your account must be reported to pklakh support immediately.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the pklakh platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is legally permitted.
• If you are a professional athlete or affiliated with a sports organization, placing bets on related matches is strictly prohibited.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on pklakh. These rules apply equally to all members.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless pklakh itself cancels the match or event.
• Pklakh reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Pre-match betting will close once the match has kicked off.
• Pklakh reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual betting patterns detected on the platform.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Each event and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. pklakh may update these limits at any time. The current limits are always displayed in the betting interface.

Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not change unless a technical error is proven.

Result Determination

Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body. In the event of any dispute, pklakh's decision shall be considered final.

Please read the terms in this section carefully before using any pklakh bonus or promotion offer. While each bonus has its own specific conditions, the general rules below apply in all cases.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To claim the bonus, a wagering requirement must be met — typically 5 to 10 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only applicable to the account to which they were issued.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same individual or household.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered fraudulent.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.

Pklakh supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to ensure secure and fast transactions.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned if received under suspicious circumstances.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit, unless there is a specific reason otherwise.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 BDT. For special circumstances, please contact support.

Transaction Cancellation

Deposits cannot be cancelled once submitted. However, if a deposit fails to credit due to a technical error, you must notify support within 24 hours.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Reality Check: You can view a summary of your betting activity at regular intervals.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms. It is the member's responsibility to check this page regularly.
